Carolyn Dawkins, MS, LCSW-C

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms. Dawkins is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical Level with 40+ years of experience as a therapist. She is well versed in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples using various therapy forms. She has worked with patients on a wide range of conditions, from ADHD to Schizophrenia. Her goal is to frequently help people resolve a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health problems through talk therapy. She firmly believes that while we can't change the past's difficult situations, we can work together to understand better and resolve the challenges in patients' lives.

Ms. Dawkins applies complementary therapy approaches and techniques which aid in unearthing long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding patients back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. By capitalizing on her own life experiences and extensive education, she strives to help her clients take back their life by regaining control of who they are and what they want to become. She recognizes that life can sometimes knock us down, but it is during these challenging times that we learn who we are and, with a little help, we climb back up that hill. Her mission is to see all of Diversified's clients succeed.

Ms. Dawkins has a Master's Degree in Social Work and is the owner and Executive Director for Diversified Counseling Services. EmailLinkedIn
